Right to Withdraw
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a person nominated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right to withdraw, you must notify us of your decision by email or in writing before the withdrawal period expires. Please include your order number and contact details to help us process your request promptly.
Once you have notified us, the goods must be returned to us without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 days of informing us of your decision to withdraw.
Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment once the returned goods have been received and inspected. We may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or you have provided evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is sooner.
Unless the goods are faulty or delivered in error, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the items.
Exceptions
The right to withdraw does not apply to certain goods, including:
-
Personalised or bespoke products made to your specifications.
-
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if they have been unsealed after delivery.
-
Perishable goods or items with a short shelf life.
-
Alcoholic beverages where the price was agreed at the time of purchase, delivery takes place after 30 days, and the value is subject to market fluctuations beyond our control.
These exceptions are provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
If you have any questions about your right to withdraw or need assistance with a return, please don't hesitate to contact us.
