Shipping policy

At Nicholas Stone, we understand that timing matters. Whether you're sending a thoughtful personal gift or arranging a corporate delivery, we take great care to ensure every order is prepared and dispatched with attention to detail.

Order Processing

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 4-5 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During particularly busy periods, such as Christmas, delivery times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we'll keep you informed.

Lead Times

While many of our gifts are available for immediate dispatch, some collections require additional preparation or contain specially sourced items.

Where a product has an extended lead time, this will be clearly stated on the relevant product page before you place your order.

If your order contains multiple items with different lead times, we'll always aim to dispatch everything together where possible. If you require your order for a specific date or have any questions before purchasing, please don't hesitate to get in touch. We'll be happy to advise on availability and delivery times.

Delivery

We currently deliver throughout Ireland and Northern Ireland, with additional destinations available on request.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Please ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate, as we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by incorrect address information.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Republic of Ireland: 4-5 business days

  • Northern Ireland: 6–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Corporate Orders

For larger corporate orders or deliveries to multiple addresses, we recommend getting in touch before placing your order.

We'll work with you to coordinate delivery dates and ensure your gifts arrive exactly when they're needed.

Delivery Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size of your order.

Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.

Alcohol Deliveries

Some of our gift collections include alcoholic beverages.

By placing an order, you confirm that both the purchaser and recipient are aged 18 years or over, where required by law. Our delivery partners may request proof of age upon delivery.

Delays & Delivery Issues

While we work with trusted delivery partners, delays can occasionally occur.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we'll be happy to investigate with the courier on your behalf.
